Training

Rahmqvist has its own business school. The college's self configured, unique training program is compiled to inspire and develop our sales representatives in their role. One of the College's most important tasks is to administer and further develop the Group's unique marketing and sales technique and safeguard quality and the company spirit.

All our lecturers have personal experience and are fully aware of what is required and of the challenges that sellers and supervisors come up against on a daily basis. Consequently, we can create realistic examples and customise our courses to meet every conceivable situation. In some cases, for subject areas where our internal level of competence is insufficient and in order to stimulate our curiosity, we take in lecturers from outside.
