Our product development process is, in exactly the same way as our other activities are, certified in accordance with ISO9001 for quality and ISO14001 for environment. Quality and environment certification guarantees that our products maintain high quality and that environmental aspects are held in focus.
Our product philosophy - quality saves nature's resources and our customers' money
Products of Rahmqvist quality are based on creative solutions and the coordination of design, function and environmental awareness. Creative solutions and ideas that benefit the customer. Products of Rahmqvist quality are products that function as they should and for a long time. This results in reduced environmental and climate impact through reduced resource and energy use, waste creation and transportation at all stages.
Environmental labelling
In order to assist our customers to choose well, we have selected a number of products which are environmentally approved and are Swan and Good Green Choice labelled. There will be more of these available in the future. Our own ER environmental label is attached to our spearheading products: products that meet a slightly higher environmental requirement but for which there is, as yet, no environment labelling criteria. The possibility of recycling alone is insufficient for us.
Material labelling- to facilitate sorting and recycling our office items in plastic, all these products are labelled with a recycling symbol.
CE label - all our products for children meet the EU directive EN71 for toy safety.
EI products - all electrical products meet the EU safety requirement WEEE and the RoH directive and are CE labelled. We register all our electrical items with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and take responsibility for their collection and processing when they have filled their purpose.
Safety information sheets - are compiled for all our chemical products, e.g. adhesives, images and forms materials, felt tip pens and cleaning materials, with material and environmental information as well as handling instructions.
Our chemical products are registered with the Swedish Chemical Inspection Agency.

A long term approach and reciprocal trust are prerequisites for developing active cooperation with our manufactures. We place demands on quality, environment and social aspects on them. Over 80% of our suppliers lie within Sweden and Europe, which in this branch must be considered close by and which reduces environmental impact.
