REACH Information
On June 1st, 2007, a new EU law no. 1907/2006 that regulates the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) came into force. The aim of the regulation is to gather REACH information about chemicals so that their effects on the environment and on human health can be measured and analysed. A further aim is to ensure their safe and responsible use.
The Rahmvist Company has received assurances from our suppliers of chemical products that they are taking all steps necessary in connection with REACH. We are in permanent contact with our suppliers to ensure that the products, which they are supplying to us now and also in the future, conform to REACH. We have ensured that the chemicals, which are used in our products, was pre-registered by our or upstream suppliers before December 1st, 2008. We can therefore safely state that our products conform to the REACH regulation.
