Our internal lecturers have considerable personal experience with regard to the requirements necessary and the challenges that sales people and supervisors are confronted with in their daily work. Consequently we can create realistic examples and customize our courses to suit the needs of the participants. In some cases, when we feel that the internal level of competence is perhaps insufficient, we take in lecturers from outside.

RAHMQVIST INTRODUCTION - 1 stage
For the newly employed salesperson.
Introduction course provides an understanding of and motivation for the work as a salesperson in the Rahmqvist Group.
RAHMQVIST SALES TRAINING - 3 stages
For you who are a salesperson and have been employed for at least six months.
The course broadens your knowledge of our sales techniques. It is also aimed at giving you a broader understanding of the Group and the company philosophy.
RAHMQVIST INTRO MANAGEMENT - 2 stages
For you who are about to or have just started work in a management capacity.
The course provides you with fundamental knowledge of Rahmqvist's leadership philosophy.
RAHMQVIST MANAGEMENT - 3 stages
For you as a new or more experienced manager.
This course contributes to developing both personally and knowledge wise your own unique style of leadership.
